RISK DISCLOSURE FOR USING UDTS ROBO TRADE

I/we do understand that in addition to the general risk associated with stock and financial markets, UDTS ROBO TRADE has some specific risks.

I am aware that trading through trading software is an automated computer programming-based trading structure which works on the predefined logic, pattern, or parameter provided by the user himself.

Considering the nature of execution involved in trading through open API software, I/we acknowledge the following risks:

Exchange Side Risk:

• Connection Issue: Trade execution may stop due to disruption in connectivity.
• Broadcast Issue: At times, there can be a delay in receiving the data packet from the exchange.
• Rejection Issue: Orders can be rejected at the discretion of the exchange as per the rules.

Broker Side Risk:

• Charting Data Disconnection: There could be disruption in data coming from charts.
• Server Disconnection: Broker server could be disconnected due to avoidable reasons.
• Server Down Time: There may be hardware failure.
• Portfolio Corruption: The scripts inserted by the user could get corrupted.
• Line Down Issue: There could be a line down issue from the service provider's end.
• Other Tools Disconnection: There could be disruption in data coming from other tools like Excel, R, Python, etc.
