1Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register or log in, we collect:
- Name and email address
- Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form)
- Account status and validity period
- One-time password (OTP) verification data, used during login, password reset, and account verification
1.2 Device & Technical Information
- IP address, recorded at login for account security and session tracking
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notification token, used to deliver alerts and notifications to your device
- Device model, operating system, and app version information used for diagnostics and compatibility
1.3 Trading & Usage Data
- Screener preferences, saved strategies, and watchlists
- Backtesting inputs and results you generate within the App
- Basket configurations and order details you create or execute (including manual orders)
- Trading limits and settings you configure (e.g. market amount, limit amounts)
- Order history, including squared-off and deleted orders
1.4 Location Information
The App may display or reference location-related indicators (e.g. IP-based location shown during login) for security purposes such as detecting unusual login activity. We do not access your device's precise GPS location.

2How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
- To provide screener data, strategy screeners, backtesting results, and basket/order management features
- To execute, track, and let you manage manual and automated orders you place through the App
- To send OTPs, password-reset links, and account-related communications
- To send push notifications (via FCM) about market alerts, order status, or app updates
- To detect and prevent unauthorized access using IP address logging
- To maintain and improve app performance and troubleshoot issues
- To enforce user-specific settings such as trading/order limits
3How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Hosting, backend infrastructure, and push notification providers (e.g. Firebase) that help operate the App
- Brokers/exchanges: If the App integrates with a brokerage or trading platform to execute orders, relevant order data is shared with that provider to complete the transaction
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, including securities market regulators
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
4Trading, Orders & Financial Data
How order data flows: Order execution, basket creation, and square-off actions you initiate are transmitted to our backend and, where applicable, to connected trading/brokerage systems to carry out your instructions. This data is used strictly to process and display your trading activity within the App and is not used for advertising purposes.
5Data Retention
We retain account and trading data for as long as your account remains active, and as needed to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations applicable to financial services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
6Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted network communication (HTTPS/TLS) and password hashing — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7Your Rights & Choices
- Access & correction: You can view and update your profile details within the App
- Password: You can change your password or reset it via OTP at any time
- Notifications: You can disable push notifications through your device settings
- Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us (see Section 12)
8Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users who meet the minimum legal age for trading and financial services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and backend hosting providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party brokerage or data provider integrated with the App.
10Trading & Market Data Disclaimer
Please note: Screener results, strategy signals, and backtesting outputs provided in the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Trading in securities carries risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for decisions made using data from the App. Past backtested performance does not guarantee future results.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App (e.g. via a notification or an in-app notice) or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
