1. Our Refund Commitment

If you decide that UDTS Robo Trade does not meet your expectations, you may request cancellation of your subscription at any time.

Upon approval of your request, we will refund the subscription fee for the unused portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis.

Our objective is to ensure that clients pay only for the period during which they have used the Platform.

2. Refund Calculation

The refund will be calculated using the following formula:

The date on which your refund request is received by UDTS Robo Trade shall be treated as the effective cancellation date for calculating the refundable amount.

Example

Only the amount corresponding to the unused subscription period will be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request cancellation and a refund, please contact our support team through the official communication channels available on the Platform.

Your request should include:

• Registered Name
• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number
• Subscription Details
• Transaction Reference (if available)

The reason for cancellation is optional and is requested only to help us improve our services.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is verified and approved:

• Your subscription will be cancelled.
• Platform access will be discontinued.
• The refund will normally be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other financial institutions.

5. Platform Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Access to UDTS Robo Trade will be discontinued.
• Login credentials may be deactivated.
• Access to research dashboards, screeners, portfolio analytics, reports, API integrations, historical data, downloads, and premium features will cease.

6. Scope of Refund

This policy applies only to the subscription fee paid for access to UDTS Robo Trade.

The refund does not include:

• Brokerage charges.
• Exchange transaction charges.
• Statutory taxes or government levies, where non-refundable.
• Payment gateway or banking charges, if deducted by third parties.
• Trading losses.
• Opportunity losses.
• Market losses.
• Interest or compensation of any kind.

UDTS Robo Trade is a non-advisory research and analytics platform. Any gains or losses arising from investments or trades remain solely the responsibility of the user.

7. API & Trading Activity

Where the Platform is connected to a broker through API integration, cancellation of your subscription will not automatically close any open positions, pending orders, or broker account activities.

Users remain solely responsible for:

• Monitoring their broker account.
• Managing open positions.
• Cancelling pending orders.
• Disconnecting API access where applicable.

UDTS Robo Trade shall not be responsible for any trades executed before or after cancellation due to broker systems, API connectivity, or user actions.

8. Right to Decline Refund

UDTS Robo Trade reserves the right to refuse or withhold a refund in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent payment or identity verification issues.
• Chargeback abuse.
• Misuse of the Platform.
• Unauthorized sharing of login credentials.
• Violation of the Terms of Use.
• Activities involving hacking, reverse engineering, data scraping, or any unlawful use of the Platform.

9. Modification of this Policy

UDTS Robo Trade reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any revised version published on the Platform shall become effective from the date of publication.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing a subscription to UDTS Robo Trade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use governing your access to and use of the Platform.
