By registering for, accessing, subscribing to, or using UDTS Robo Trade ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
UDTS Robo Trade is a research, screening, analytical, and portfolio-monitoring platform developed by a SEBI-registered research analyst.
The Platform is intended solely to assist users in conducting their own investment research through rule-based screening, data analytics, market insights, portfolio analytics and automation tools.
The Platform does not provide personalised investment advice, discretionary portfolio management or execution advisory.
All investment and trading decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the user.
Users must independently evaluate:
No feature available on the Platform should be interpreted as an instruction, recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
The Platform does not guarantee:
Past performance, historical testing or model results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Information available through the Platform is provided solely for research, educational and analytical purposes.
Nothing available on the Platform constitutes:
The Platform may integrate with third-party stock brokers through APIs solely to facilitate order placement initiated by the user.
The Platform does not:
The user remains solely responsible for all orders transmitted through the broker.
By connecting a brokerage account, the user authorizes the Platform to communicate with the broker's API only as permitted by the user.
Users may disconnect API access at any time through the broker or Platform, subject to broker procedures.
Market data may be obtained from recognised exchanges, brokers, market data vendors and other authorised third-party providers.
The Platform does not warrant uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of such data.
All algorithms, screening methodologies, scoring systems, dashboards, reports, rankings, software, designs and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of UDTS Robo Trade.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform.
The Platform may suspend or discontinue any service due to maintenance, regulatory requirements, security concerns, technical failures or force majeure events without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDTS Robo Trade, its promoters, employees, affiliates and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
The laws of India shall govern these Terms.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the Platform operator is registered.
Trading and investing in securities involve substantial financial risk.
By using UDTS Robo Trade, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Prices of securities may fluctuate significantly due to economic, political, regulatory, company-specific or global events.
Loss of invested capital is possible.
Highly volatile market conditions may result in rapid gains or losses.
Stop-loss orders may not always execute at expected prices.
Certain securities may have limited liquidity, causing delays or unfavorable execution prices.
Prices may gap above or below stop-loss levels due to overnight events or market openings.
Execution depends entirely upon the broker's systems.
The Platform cannot guarantee:
API connectivity may fail due to:
Orders may be delayed, rejected, duplicated or remain pending.
Users are responsible for monitoring all orders directly through their broker.
The Platform receives certain market information from third-party exchanges, brokers and data providers.
Delays, inaccuracies, omissions or interruptions may occur.

No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
The Platform depends on internet connectivity.
Slow networks, ISP failures or local connectivity issues may affect data updates and order transmission.
The user is responsible for maintaining secure devices, updated operating systems, browsers and antivirus protection.
Despite reasonable security practices, no online platform can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, malware, phishing, ransomware or cyber attacks.
Changes in SEBI regulations, exchange rules, taxation or government policies may affect the functioning of the Platform.
Any screeners, rankings, scoring models, backtests or analytical tools represent research methodologies only.
No methodology is capable of predicting future market performance with certainty.
Backtested, simulated or historical performance should not be interpreted as future performance.
Users remain responsible for:
The Platform shall not be liable for any trading loss, opportunity loss, indirect loss, data loss, business interruption or financial loss resulting from the use of the Platform.
Users should invest only after evaluating their own financial circumstances and consulting professional advisors where appropriate.
UDTS Robo Trade provides optional integration with supported brokerage APIs for user convenience.
The Platform neither operates as a stockbroker nor executes trades independently.
All trades are routed to the user's selected broker through technology interfaces provided by the broker.
The user acknowledges that:
Order execution depends entirely upon the broker's infrastructure.
Exchange connectivity remains outside the control of UDTS Robo Trade.
API services may become unavailable without notice.
Orders may be rejected, delayed, partially executed, duplicated or cancelled due to broker, exchange or network issues.
Exchange trading halts, circuit filters, RMS restrictions, margin shortfalls, compliance checks or broker risk controls may prevent execution.
Market prices may change between signal generation, order transmission and execution, resulting in slippage.
API credentials, access tokens and broker authorisations remain the responsibility of the user.
Users must monitor all open positions directly through their broker terminal and should not rely solely on the Platform.
UDTS Robo Trade does not guarantee successful order placement, execution, modification or cancellation through any broker API.
The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from broker outages, exchange failures, API interruptions, internet connectivity issues, software defects, third-party service failures, force majeure events or user errors.
By enabling API integration, the user expressly acknowledges these risks and agrees to use the integration entirely at their own discretion and risk.
